How much does a quote cost?
Nothing. Quotes from your photos are free, itemised line by line, and there’s no obligation. If a job genuinely needs a visit before it can be priced, there is a call-out charge from £150, which we always tell you about first.
What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Ruislip and cover Northwood, Pinner, Harrow, Uxbridge, Ickenham, Eastcote, Rickmansworth, Watford and the surrounding parts of North West London and the Home Counties.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Every job carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If something isn’t right we come back and fix it free, and if we’re late for a confirmed appointment you get £50 off.
Who actually does the work?
Propfix is your contractor and manages the whole job. The work is carried out by vetted, qualified and insured trades from our network, with insurance re-checked every year. You pay Propfix, never the trade directly.
